Dear__________,

I am writing to you today to inquire about the possibility of having a home noticed by your organization as a place of interest for the community. This home is a unique and artistic space that I have admired over the years. It is a place where people can come to enjoy art, nature, and the artist herself.

Inside the home, there is a flagstone walkway, shiplap ceilings, and a two-deck stairway with vaulted ceiling and balcony living space. The dining table, breakfast bar, and divider shelf are made of slices of raw tree trunk with exterior tree remaining on the edges. All of the floors are of wide white pine, also finished with high gloss polyurethane. A side door and an upstairs window have stained glass. There are three bedrooms and two baths.

Outside, there are many art pieces, including a nine-foot Native American Chef, a seven-foot sea serpent, three spiral metal sculptures, and a stockade fence with colorful glass marbles inserted into the pickets. There are also numerous plants and flowers for every season.

I believe that this home, garden, and gallery is a valuable asset to the community as a place of interest. It is a place where people can come to learn about art, nature, and an artist. It is also a place where people can relax and enjoy the beauty of the world. It is a breath of fresh air in an otherwise unsettling world.

I will send a few photos of this home for your reference. I would be happy to provide you with more information or to schedule a time for you to visit the home in person and meet the artist, Sedona Summer at 15 Shady Drive in East Harwich, MA 02645.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,

“As artists, our role is critical.  Creative expression is vital to a healthy and open-minded society. Artwork inspires people, gives them hope, and can touch a soul in a way that words cannot. The artist has a unique skill set to influence, inspire, and help others.”
